Drivers and couriers receive notifications alerting them that a new message from dispatch is available in the Rapid Medical application. Customer contacts receive delivery-status notifications regarding deliveries Rapid Medical performs on the customer’s behalf. In both cases, recipients provide their mobile number and consent to receive these messages during onboarding and account setup as part of their working relationship, service agreement, or integration with Rapid Medical. All messages are strictly operational; Rapid Medical does not send marketing or promotional content via SMS.

Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further texts unless you re-enroll by replying START.
