Why taking proof of service photos is important
Servicing a stop
Proof of service photos are a crucial part of servicing a stop, they help prevent disputes and protect drivers in case of a missing sample. Failure to take proper proof of service photos may result in a fine.
Step 1
Tap on the camera icon in the proof of service photo section on the stops page.
Step 2
Take a photo of the location and empty lockbox/bin.
Step 3
To take multiple photos scroll to the top of the page to the photos taken section and tap take new.
