Predefined parcels
Parcels that are predefined from a work order will be listed under the pending confirmation section. Some predefined parcels may need a signature or a barcode to be scanned.
Step 1
Tap on the parcel that needs to be confirmed

Step 2
If barcode scanning is required scan the barcode on the parcel

Step 3
If a signature is required, receive a signature from someone at the stop and then tap confirm parcel
