No samples out

If you checked the lockbox and checked with the business and there is no parcels to be picked up, you will have to complete Samples Not Out (SNO).

Confirm lockbox and business status

1. Indicate Is the lockbox out?

2. Indicate Is the business open or closed?

3. Once both questions are answered, click continue

Business is open

If the business is open, you must always knock and check with the clinic for additional samples:

1. Indicate that you have knocked

2. Enter who you spoke with

3. Indicate if they have additional samples

4. If there is no additional samples, click complete

5. If they have additional samples, a 10 minute timer will begin

6. Wait up to 10 minutes while the business prepares the samples

7. If they are ready earlier, click samples received to add the parcels

8. If the clinic does not have samples click depart early and complete the stop

Business is closed and the lockbox is out

1. Take a photo of the lockbox

2. Take a photo of the SNO tag

3. Take a photo of the area around the lockbox

4. Click complete to close out the stop

Business is closed and the lockbox is not out

Check the perimeter. If you find the lockbox, click lockbox found and you will be taken back to the pickup page.

If you can’t check the perimeter, click can’t check perimeter and select a reason for why you can’t check the perimeter

1. Click continue

2. Take a photo of the perimeter

3. Click confirm
